Eat right and the pants won't get tight

						OVERNIGHT OATS
Let’s start by keeping it simple. Grab a bag of oats (most supermarkets stock them for under £1), and then chuck whatever you fancy on top. Want our advice? Mix in some honey, this'll give you an added carbohydate boost and has a lower GI rating than sugar, providing a slow, steady release of energy. Finish it off by tossing some blueberries and bananas on top. Both are great sources of carbs and contain an abundance of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that'll help keep your body strong. Oats also contain beta-glucan, which helps stimulate your immune response.
Top tip: Unless you're fan of prison food, we recommend heating it up in the microwave, but each to his own.
	You’ll need:
	- Oats
	- Milk (Semi-skimmed, almond or soya)
	- Fruits of choice (think energy-giving bananas, brain-boosting dates and cancer-busting blueberries)
    - Toppings of choice (honey and peanut butter are our faves)
	How to do it:
	1. Grab a small tupperware box.
	2. Spoon 4-5 tablespoons of oats in.
	3. Add a half-mug of milk and stir into the mix.
	4. Chop fruit and add to the mixture.
	5. A dollop of honey or peanut butter, or a handful of nuts.
	6. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight. 8 hours, ideally.
